At this time, Rose Quartz Investment Group would like you to think of an innovated and outside the box approach to attaining capital for your project(s).

The normal way most client seek capital is to attain a Business loan from a bank, hard money and borrow from various funding entities. These loans cans be costly and cause financial strain and in some cases we end of selling off vital shares of your thriving business.

At this time RQI GROUP is willing to fund projects with a cost.  We ask you, the client, to have a minimum of five percent of your total budget and depending on your project we will acquire up to 50 percent equity in your project our terms are 10, 20, or 30 year balloon, with an interest rate of 4 percent, no prepay penalty.  We can fund most projects tech, energy, green, real estate development, and start ups budgets ranging with a minimum of $3M to a maximum of $50M.

We are Grateful to say RQI currently has over $6.2 B in ruby assets into a high-yielding trade program where our trader is able to utilize our assets and monetize them at a 40% LTV.  We have signed a 5-year contract with the Trader and can confidently say that we have never been happier.  We are receiving funding as scheduled in our contract.

Thus, as you can see with this massive funding, we are able to receive from our assets.  We are able to fund our projects as well as a select few.

RQI Group has been in the precious metals business for over 11- years and has partnered up with a mine owner where we get the majority of our rubies at below wholesale prices.  We have a vast inventory and the majority of our rubies are currently in contract with our funder/platform source�€“however we have a handful of rubies we keep in hand to help other partners/companies  become �€œPrincipals�€ in asset monetization programs themselves so they are able to attain enough capital to fund their OWN projects.

Over the last few years RQI Group has vetted out over a dozen platforms in the UK, and the orient and has had to spend over 2 years testing out the field to find the platform that Performs.  At this time we have narrowed it down to only 2 platforms and traders we work closely with.  We can say we have had success and have seen PERFORMANCE.

At this time RQI group has plenty of projects we are funding over $5-B this season.  We invite you to consider being a �€œPRINCIPAL�€ with you as an �€œASSET OWNER�€.   RQI is willing to sell you one of a few rubies we have in stock that includes all the legal and proper documents such as the GIA certificates, Appraisals by a certified GIA Appraiser.  Some of our inventory are also secured with a Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR).

We will sell you a ruby depending on your capital needs.  We will determine what size you will need to purchase.  Our wholesale prices range between $750k and $1.2M, depending on the size - each ruby weighing between 3.61 KGS and 16.52 KGS and appraised at between $297M to $950M.   All our rubies are free of liens and encumbrances and are just out of the mine and have all the legal documents to enter into a PP program.

You are always welcome to come see the rubies in person most of our spare inventory are held at Global Trust Depository in Newport Beach, CA and the others we keep at a private vault called �€œUS Private Vaults�€ in Beverly Hills, CA.

We can set up a TTM- anytime for a cash and carry buy.   Once you purchase the ruby, all the certifications will be changed to your name.  So you will leave with the ruby, the GIA Certifications which have a verifiable serial number, an appraisal with your name on it, and a notarized bill of sale for your files.

We would recommend you have the ruby stored at Global Trust Depository in Newport Beach, CA.  The Depository will provide you with an �€œSKR�€ which is a safe keeping receipt which is required by our funders.  This SKR will pinpoint where the ruby is and being that it has an SKR will have been vetted by the Depository themselves as a ruby, free, and clear of all encumbrances.

Once you now own the ruby we at RQI Group will make a formal introduction to you the asset owner to our tier one trader who works with the platform and there bank.

At this time you will be introduced by us as an asset owner who is seeking to enter into a 1, 2, 3 or 5 year contract with the asset/ruby. Once this introduction is completed you will submit the following documents which will be requested by the platform.

A. A copy of the GIA Certificate.

B. A copy of the appraisal.

C.  A copy of your SKR.

D.   A copy of your KYC.

E. a copy of your passport and cis

F. Letter to verify assets.

G. RWA Letter (ready, willing, and able letter)

Once you submit the above documents, the trader will contact you in 2-3 days they will conduct a background check on you making sure there is no red flags and you�€™re not a wanted criminal.

Once you pass compliance, the Platform will ask you if the asset is yours and if you�€™re wanting to enter the asset into an �€œasset monetization program�€.  The Platform will also ask you what the duration you would prefer your contract.  We advise you commit to the 5 year contract.  You will attain much more capital over a 5 year period once let them know your RWA and agree to their terms the trader will send you a contract.

You will receive this contract within 3-5 business days later which will need to be notarized by you, the Principal.  Next you will send the contract back to them now the last final step they will require that the ruby be sent via BRINKS over to their corresponding bank in the UK where it will be kept in safekeeping under both your name and theirs for the duration of your contract.  At this point, you now would have completed all the steps in order to finalize your contract and can prepare for weekly tranches for 5 years. The hard part is over and now you just wait for your funding!!!

You can expect funding of approximately 40 % LTV of what your asset is worth weekly payouts to your bank account. We suggest you open up a bank account with the same bank the trader uses so that your funds arrive ledger to ledger, without delay, however you can appoint the trader to send your capital to any bank of your choice.

As you can see, this model has been proven very effective and as I said shall allow you to attain much more capital in a shorter period and also get you much more capital than if you were to get a bank loan or seeking funds from private investor and so on and have to give all your equity away.

All you need to achieve this is to own your own ASSET. What is equally as important is that you�€™re a �€œPRINCIPAL�€ with your own asset that you own not someone else or worse having to JV Partner with the asset owner and you be left in the dark.  Being that RQI Group has all the relationships and assets in place, we will assist you each step of the way from acquiring your own �€œasset�€ to signing your contract with our trader all the way to the last step which is your �€“ FUNDING.

At this time until we run out of stock we are able to sell one of many rubies and will be able to accommodate you with your assets needs.  We will work closely with you up until you sign you contract with our trader and you receive funding.

As your partner and liaison we ask you sign a 10% funding commission since we will be walking you to our funding source.  We will deploy a contract to you for this agreement, once you acquire a ruby from us.  That is 10% of whatever profits you acquire for the entire duration of your contract.

Upon request, we will send you over a detailed spreadsheet of what rubies are available, their specs, and our �€œWholesale�€ Prices.  Keep in mind that because we are direct to the mine owner, nobody will ever be able to match our prices.
